1. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled up to 10 minutes before the scheduled time by contacting our front desk.

2. Refund Eligibility

• 70% refund if cancellation is done at least 10 minutes in advance.
• No refund for missed or late cancellations.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
